How long will the delivery of my order take?
We offer next day delivery to all capital cities and major towns, for more remote areas the delivery can take between 2 to 3 working days. Same day delivery is available in all capital cities. Stock availability and courier cut off times conditions apply. If your order is urgent please contact us on 03 96461224 to make sure you will get your order on time.

I don't have a credit card. Can I place an online order?
Yes, there is a direct deposit box, that you need to tick at the check out. Our bank details will appear for you to do your direct money transfer. Please ensure the order number is entered as a description for us to identify your payment. Note the delivery of your order will take longer as the payment will take 2 to 3 business days to show in our bank account.

What are OEM Cartridges?
OEM cartridges are original cartridges manufactured by the original printer manufacturer. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.

What are Compatible and Remanufactured Cartridges?
Compatible cartridges are brand new cartridges, designed by a third party to replace the Original Equipment Remanufacturer (OEM) cartridges. Remanufactured cartridges, were original cartridges that have been used. A third party is involved in the remanufacturing of the cartridge. For example, most toner cartridges are disassembled and rebuilt,  and in some cases meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacture's (OEM) performance specifications. All our cartridges are 100% guaranteed.

Is the capacity of the compatible, remanufactured inkjet or toner cartridge the same than the OEM cartridge?
Yes and in some cases the compatible or remanufactured cartridges have more ink or toner than the original cartridges. The page count or yield referred by the OEM cartridges is usually based in 5% coverage of an A4 sheet.

Is my printer's warranty void by using Compatible or Remanufactured cartridges?
No, The Competition & Consumers Act 2010 formerly called the Fair Trades and Practices Act  aims to enhance the welfare of Australians by promoting competition and fair trading. The brand or product you use for your printer is chosen by you at your own discretion.

What if I ordered the wrong cartridge or the cartridge is faulty?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you ordered the wrong cartridge or the cartridge is faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy for you to obtain a RA number.
