Returns Policy

Dear customer please note that all off our cartridges are 100% guaranteed. We will be happy to exchange a product that was ordered incorrectly,  damaged or faulty. provided we receive them within 30 days of purchase , and have not been damaged in any way and with a bonafide receipt.

Please e-mails us at  info@cartridgebay.com.au to request a Return Authorisation no (RA),  for us to identify the product when is returned to us. Please note if a product is returned without an RA No. it will take longer to process your request.
